A real finding, not a performance promise

Investigated.
Cited.
Still not named.

Our published research includes a brand whose pages were cited, yet which was not named in the final answer. Being found and being recommended are different questions.

What will the first conversation cover?

Your brand, markets, current activity and the business decision behind the enquiry. We discuss what a diagnostic could answer and what an appropriate scope would look like. The full diagnostic is a separate engagement—not a free scan included with the call.

What would we need to do?

Help agree the buyer questions, markets, competitors and business priorities. SearchIntel runs the measurement and interprets the evidence. Any access, inputs and review time needed are set out before work starts.

How quickly will we see useful work?

We agree the timetable and review checkpoints before starting, including when you will see the baseline and discuss early findings. Timings depend on the agreed scope; this is not a promise of instant results.

Do we have to change our tools or agency?

No. The diagnostic can inform the team and tools you already use. Implementation and any ongoing support are agreed separately.

Do all six platforms expose detailed traces?

No. Six-surface visibility measurement is separate from deeper trace coverage. We label available records, our interpretations and the parts that providers do not expose.

Can you guarantee AI will recommend us?

No. We do not control the platforms. We agree the work we will deliver, separate observation from interpretation and define how changes will be tested.
