Our free tools, including the AI visibility checker at /check/ and the taster call pipeline at /call/, are provided as-is. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw these tools at any time without notice.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, reports, tools, and software — is owned by SearchIntel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written consent. This includes AI Visibility Reports, research publications, blog posts, and any output from our tools.
When you purchase a report, you receive a licence to use that report internally within your organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the report without our permission.
We offer the following types of services:
All consulting engagements are subject to a separate statement of work or proposal agreed between both parties before work begins.
Payments for reports and services are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in GBP or USD as indicated at the point of purchase.
Digital reports: Because reports are delivered digitally via email immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue receiving your report, contact us and we will resolve it.
Consulting services: We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a consulting engagement, raise it with us within 14 days of the deliverable being provided and we will work with you to make it right. Refunds for consulting services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Recurring retainers: Retainer agreements can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise stated in your statement of work. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Our reports and recommendations are based on data gathered from third-party AI platforms at a point in time. AI search results change frequently, and we cannot guarantee specific visibility outcomes or rankings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to such processing.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For material changes that affect existing customers, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
