SearchIntel is an AI search visibility agency based in the United Kingdom, operated by PB Holding Ltd. Our website is www.searchintel.tech.

What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver our services and respond to enquiries:

• Contact forms and call booking: Your email address and any message you send us via our footer contact form, the /call/ booking form, or the lead capture modal.
• Free AI Check tool: The brand name, domain, and keywords you enter when using our /check/ tool.
• Payment information: If you purchase a service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe may collect your name, email, and billing address.
• Website usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, and approximate location (city/country level). Collected via cookies and analytics tools (see below).

Why we collect it

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry or deliver a service you requested
• To send your AI visibility check results
• To process payments for our services
• To understand how people use our website so we can improve it
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising

Our legal basis under GDPR is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, improving our site) and contract performance (delivering services you have paid for). For marketing emails, we rely on consent.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement only. We do not use cookies for personalised advertising or tracking you across other websites.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. This will not affect the core functionality of our website.

Third parties we share data with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run our business. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

• Stripe — Processes payments securely. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google (Analytics & Ads) — Website analytics and ad conversion tracking. Google's privacy policy.
• Microsoft Advertising — Ad conversion tracking via the UET tag. Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Resend — Delivers transactional emails (e.g. contact form confirmations, visibility check results). Resend's privacy policy.

How long we keep your data

• Contact form submissions: Up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted.
• AI Check tool data: Brand/keyword data from free checks is retained for up to 12 months to improve our service, then deleted.
• Client data: For the duration of our engagement plus 6 years (as required for UK tax and legal records).
• Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data for 14 months by default.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Delete your data (the "right to be forgotten")
• Object to how we process your data
• Port your data to another provider
• Withdraw consent at any time for any processing based on consent

Requesting data deletion

If you want us to delete all personal data we hold about you, email paul@searchintel.tech with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your enquiry or account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

How we protect your data

Our website is served over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Children

Our services are designed for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent.
